How to access support
You can access support by coming into the Wellbeing Hub in Stockton.
No appointment is needed.
When you come in you will be welcomed by a Wellbeing Hub Assistant, who will help you decide what support would be most helpful, and they will get that support arranged.

The type of support you can get
At the Wellbeing Hub, you can take part in our wellbeing activities, or arrange support such as a one-to-one session with someone who is trained to help.
Areas of support that is available:

bereavement
isolation and loneliness
employment help
money and finance
housing
drug and alcohol use

Mental health crisis support
Please note we are NOT a crisis service.
In a mental health crisis:
Call NHS 111 and select the mental health option 2, which is Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You will speak to a mental health professional who can listen to you and help you find the right support.
Please use NHS 111 – SignVideo if you are deaf or have hearing loss.
